Job Description
We seek a highly qualified Skating Coach to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for skating.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Conduct group and individual practices.
- Provide technical instruction and feedback.
- Manage team logistics.
- Ensure skater safety.
Job Requirement
- NCCP certification or Skate Canada Technical Specialist certification.
- Successful coaching experience.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours.
