Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and qualified Receptionist who will be responsible for administrative, customer service, and organizational tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet students, parents, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
* Distribute and manage mail, notices, and other communication to staff and students.
* Provide information to parents regarding school policies, schedules, and events.
* Address basic inquiries or concerns from parents, directing them to appropriate staff when necessary.
* Coordinate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Job Requirement

* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
* B.ed is mandatory
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*  Experience with email, calendar, and scheduling software
*  Familiarity with phone systems and voicemail
*  Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
*  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*  Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask
* Experience of atleast 2-3 years in the relevant field.
