Football Coach
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and qualified Badminton Coach who will be responsible for developing and training players to improve their skills, technique, and overall performance in the sport.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare game plan, including strategy, tactics, and player assignments.
* Manage team morale, ensuring players are motivated and focused.
* Make in-game decisions, including substitutions, tactical changes, and timeouts.
* Prepare the students for various competitions
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
2. A coaching certification or diploma from a recognized institution (e.g., UEFA, FA, AFC).
3. At least 2-3 years of coaching experience,
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, parents, and staff.
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of football tactics, strategies, and rules.
6. Ability to work with players of varying abilities and needs, demonstrating patience and empathy.
