Job Description
We are looking for experienced and qualified Chess Coach who must have technical knowledge, teaching skills, and the ability to engage with students in a supportive, developmental way.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, or related fields.
2. Chess-specific courses or training programs.
Skills:
1. Strong chess playing skills (USCF/Elo rating: 1500+ or equivalent).
2. Experience playing competitive chess (tournaments, championships).
3. Knowledge of chess strategies, tactics, and openings.
4. Ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
5. Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
