Job Description

We are looking for experienced and qualified Admission Incharge  who are excited to join our school and are capable of handling school admission process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire admission process, from handling initial inquiries to finalizing student enrollments.
  • Organizing and participating in school admission events, open houses, and interviews.
  • Maintaining records and updating the admission database regularly.
  • Following up with parents and students regarding documents, fees, and other requirements.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Management, or related disciplines).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Management (MBA) or Education (M.Ed.)
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in school admissions in Delhi
  • Experience in managing student inquiries, applications, and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with handling parent interactions and guiding them through the admission process.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak admission seasons.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the school’s online portals and other admission-related software/tools.
